Investment Management Services

We provide discretionary, fee-only asset management services for clients with a minimum account size of $200,000. Each account is managed individually according to the client's goals, needs, risk tolerance, time horizon, and overall asset holdings. Clients range from those who are conservative and income oriented to those who are aggressive and growth oriented. While a client may fall into a conservative, moderate or aggressive range of investment style, each portfolio is designed and fine tuned based upon the account owner's investment profile.

Accounts are invested using primarily no-load mutual funds, individual stocks, bonds, and cash equivalents. Following development of our economic and investment outlook for a particular period, mutual funds are chosen based on fundamental research including investment style, company size, track record, consistency of style, risk measurements relating to volatility and standard deviation of funds, and contributions to a diversified portfolio. Fund portfolio holdings are discussed directly with the portfolio managers to assess the intent and investment stance of the fund. Portfolios are diversified relative to the U.S. and international stock markets as well as to fixed income instruments, both domestic and foreign.

Fees are as follows: 1.0% for the first $750,000; 0.75% for the next $1,250,000; 0.5% for all funds over $2,000,000. For billing purposes, related accounts are treated as one.
